Zero Pricing Policy
There are no products available for $0 on our website. Any orders placed with a $0 value will be automatically canceled for Fraud, and the customer will be permanently blocked from making further purchases.
Chargebacks and Unauthorized Transactions

- Chargebacks for services or products received are considered fraudulent and will be disputed to the fullest extent.
- Tracy Mccrackin Photography is not responsible for chargebacks resulting from fraudulent purchases made using stolen or unauthorized accounts. It is the account holder's responsibility to secure their payment information.
- We reserve the right to pursue legal action to recover losses incurred from fraudulent chargebacks.
Non-Refundable Fraudulent Purchases
- No Refunds for Fraudulent Purchases: Purchases that are identified as fraudulent or made with unauthorized payment methods (e.g., stolen credit cards, unauthorized use of accounts, etc) will NOT be eligible for a refund. We reserve the right to cancel such transactions immediately to prevent further misuse.

This may involve consulting with our payment processors and verifying details with the legitimate account holder. If fraud is confirmed, the order will be canceled without further notice.

- Customer Notification: If a legitimate transaction is mistakenly flagged as fraudulent, we will contact the purchaser to resolve the issue promptly. Please ensure that all billing information provided at checkout is accurate and matches the details on file with your payment provider. Verification typically takes an additional 5 business days. However, in cases where further investigation is required, this period may be extended. We will notify customers of any significant delays beyond this timeframe.
- Order Cancellations: If we are unable to verify the payment method within the verification period, we may cancel the order and there is NO refund as this is suspected to be a fraudulent purchase.
Legal Action Against Violations

Secure Transactions and Identity Verification: We use secure payment gateways with fraud detection mechanisms. For high-value or suspicious transactions, we may request additional identity verification. Failure to comply may result in order cancellation.
No Tolerance for Fraud: We have a zero-tolerance policy for any activity that compromises the safety or integrity of our platform or customers. Fraudulent activities will be swiftly and thoroughly addressed.
Non-Liability for Fraudulent Purchases: Tracy Mccrackin Photography is not liable for any losses or damages arising from fraudulent transactions, including the use of stolen payment methods or accounts. It is your responsibility to ensure the security of your payment details.
